The Seasonal Energy Reset is a 4-week live programme designed to help you restore your energy, feel less frantic throughout your day, and finally sleep better.
Across four weeks of live workshops and guided practices, you’ll learn how to:
identify and remove hidden stressors that drain your energy (blood sugar, nutrition, inflammation, blocked emotions)
understand and regulate your nervous system states with simple, effective body-based tools and practices that build capacity in your system
create embodied boundaries you can set for yourself to protect your energy and feel safe to take up space for your needs
move out of constant ‘pushing through’ and help your body return to safety
Many women experience relief from exhaustion, deeper sleep, fewer digestive symptoms, and a shift from living in their heads to feeling grounded and present in their bodies. Daily life starts to feel not only more manageable and less overwhelming, but also more joy-full and satisfying.
You’ll join a small, intimate group of women with shared experiences, and each week includes:
live teaching that blends nervous system education with simple guided practices for healing and self-regulation
seasonal nutrition support and recipes to help your body manage stress
between-session practices and resources to gently rebuild your energy
