You’ll get to see why, despite knowing what you need and doing a lot in the conventional space of stress management and self-care — you’re unable to take action or see the change you want.

You’ll leave with a gentle body-based practice to experience to connect with your body eg. yourself. To help you calm stress and anxiety in your body without forcing mindfulness or meditation. Body awareness is one of our most immediate portals to the present moment and to who we truly are, you’ll dip your toe into this in our session.
