Women’s Embodied Power & Vitality

As a somatic practitioner, embodiment teacher and integrative nutrition coach, I guide women functioning through chronic stress back to the wisdom of their bodies, helping them heal from the impact of childhood and transgenerational trauma on their emotional and physical health.

Women have become everyone else's stress absorbers in our society. The chronic people-pleasing and performing patterns are rooted in fawn trauma responses that disconnect us from ourselves and are the root cause of inflammation and chronic health issues such as autoimmune conditions, chronic pain and fatigue. As someone who struggled with chronic people-pleasing my entire life, I understand the profound impact that feeling unsafe to be in your body and to be your authentic self has on physical health, energy, and relationships.

Fawning is a sophisticated survival response that helped me find safety in hiding, but it came at a huge cost I was no longer willing to pay. Do you relate?

Through gentle somatic processing and nervous system regulation, I help clients embody their authentic selves more safely, establish better embodied boundaries, and reclaim the ability to live life fully. My trauma-informed approach draws from training through the Focalizing Institute, Nerve Apprenticeship, and Institute for Integrative Nutrition, applying neuroscience to address chronic conditions rooted in nervous system dysregulation.

After 20+ years in London and Belgium, I now live in the English countryside with my husband David, our kitten Taggie, and far too many spices and books, supporting women worldwide in finding their way back to themselves.

I also hold a master's in philosophy and international relations and am an integrative coach, cook, gardener, writer, and solopreneur.
