Gentle Nervous System Regulation Practice
Join me for my guided somatic and embodied grounding practice session hosted on Teams once a month for a small group of 8 women.
The sessions are designed to help you learn body-based tools to slow down enough to connect with your body, so you can ease the overthinking mind and calm the mental and emotional overwhelm.
When we're caught in overthinking, stuck in the head, we're often disconnected from the felt sensation of our bodies. It’s a survival response of our nervous systems but that disconnection actually promotes anxiety and stress, and chronic stress is at the root of all chronic symptoms. These sessions gently bring you back - through simple body-led practices that help your nervous system find a little more safety and stability.
They are a bit like inserting a pause into your day that helps you meet yourself with a little more presence. The groups are intentionally small - a maximum of 8 women for an intimate space. They are 30-minute online sessions (via Microsoft Teams), designed to fit easily into your day. Sessions are free - come and see what's possible.
