Gentle Nervous System Regulation Regulation Practice
Join me for my 30-minute guided somatic and embodied grounding practice session hosted on Teams once a month for a small group of 8 women. The session is designed to help you learn body-based tools to slow down just enough to connect with your body and regulate your nervous system, so you can ease the overthinking and mental overwhelm, and build capacity.
When we're caught in overthinking, we're often disconnected from the felt sensation of our bodies. That disconnection actually promotes anxiety and stress. These sessions gently bring you back - through simple body-led practices that help your nervous system find safety and stability.
They are a bit like inserting a pause into your day that helps you meet yourself with more presence.
The groups are intentionally small (8 women maximum) to support presence and depth with the practice. These are 30-minute online sessions (via Microsoft Teams), designed to fit easily into your day. Sessions are free - come and see what's possible.
